A chill postpartum class for you and your babe

Join a laid back class where you can bring your baby and connect with other parents in your community. At the start of class we discuss postpartum topics, tips, and support. We then move into guided stretching and yoga. No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for babes from newborns to crawling - and we now have a gated area for the crawlers to hang out in!

It’s okay if you are running late, have a fussy baby, or need to spend most of class feeding them - this is a space for you to feel relaxed and comfortable, whatever that may look like. This is an inclusive and supportive group.

We now have 2 locations for classes: Fernwood and View Royal! You can either sign up for Fridays at the Little Fernwood Gallery, located at 1923 Fernwood Road, or Thursdays at Maven Pelvic Health, located at #207-1497 Admirals Road, View Royal.  Maven Pelvic Health is a beautiful new clinic run by our favourite pelvic floor physiotherapist Olivia Turgeon. We are starting with an 8 week session there, but if there is enough interest we will do longer sessions there too!

All classes are led by our lovely teacher and local mama Roxie Fehr. You can learn more about Roxie here: https://www.acrossthewater.me/about
