Join a laid back class where you can bring your baby and connect with other parents in your community. At the start of class we discuss postpartum topics, tips, and support. We then move into guided stretching and yoga. No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for babes from newborns to crawling - and we now have a gated area for the crawlers to hang out in!

It’s okay if you are running late, have a fussy baby, or need to spend most of class feeding them - this is a space for you to feel relaxed and comfortable, whatever that may look like. This is an inclusive and supportive group.

We have 2 locations for classes: Fernwood and View Royal. Our Fernwood classes take place at the Little Fernwood Gallery, located at 1923 Fernwood Road. The View Royal classes take place at Maven Pelvic Health, #207-1497 Admirals Road. Maven Pelvic Health is a beautiful new clinic run by our favourite pelvic floor physiotherapist Olivia Turgeon. • Thursdays 11:15am-12:45pm - May 7 - August 20 (16 weeks) - Session fee $288 *FULL please email for waitlist

Fernwood Baby & Me

• Fridays 12:35pm-2:05pm - May 1 - August 14 (16 weeks) - Session fee $280 *still space!

• Fridays 11:00am-12:30pm - May 1 - August 14 (16 weeks) - Session fee $280 *11am class is FULL please email for waitlist

Please send an e-transfer to erinfranlaw@gmail.com - in the notes section make sure to include 1) your email address and 2) the specific class and day/time you are signing up for. I’ll send out a welcome email with more details before we start! (Please check your junk box, sometimes they end up there)

Late signups welcome at a pro-rated amount if there is still space! Due to small class sizes, reserving your spot early is encouraged.
