Join a laid back class where you can bring your baby and connect with other parents in your community. At the start of class we discuss postpartum topics, tips, and support. We then move into guided stretching and yoga. No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for babes from newborns to crawling - and we now have a gated area for the crawlers to hang out in!

It’s okay if you are running late, have a fussy baby, or need to spend most of class feeding them - this is a space for you to feel relaxed and comfortable, whatever that may look like. This is an inclusive and supportive group.

We now have 2 locations for classes: Fernwood and View Royal! You can either sign up for Fridays at the Little Fernwood Gallery, located at 1923 Fernwood Road, or Thursdays at Maven Pelvic Health, located at #207-1497 Admirals Road, View Royal.  Maven Pelvic Health is a beautiful new clinic run by our favourite pelvic floor physiotherapist Olivia Turgeon. Thursdays 11:15am-12:45pm

NEW View Royal YOGA & MEDITATION class - March 24 - April 28 (6 weeks) - Session fee $102

Mondays 6:15pm-7:30pm *NO BABIES for this class, just a safe offering for all prenatal and postpartum bodies :)

Fernwood BABY & ME class - January 10 - April 25 (16 weeks) - Session fee $264

Fridays 9:25am-10:55am CLASS FULL Fridays 11:00am-12:30pm CLASS FULL

Late signups welcome at a pro-rated amount if there is still space! Due to a small class size, reserving your spot early is encouraged.

I’ll send out a welcome email with more details before we start! (Please check your junk box, sometimes they end up there)
