Join a laid back class where you can bring your baby and connect with other parents in your community. At the start of class we discuss postpartum topics, tips, and support. We then move into guided stretching and yoga. No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for babes from newborns to crawling - and we now have a gated area for the crawlers to hang out in!

It’s okay if you are running late, have a fussy baby, or need to spend most of class feeding them - this is a space for you to feel relaxed and comfortable, whatever that may look like. This is an inclusive and supportive group.

We now have 2 locations for classes: Fernwood and View Royal. Our Fernwood classes take place at the Little Fernwood Gallery, located at 1923 Fernwood Road. The View Royal classes take place at Maven Pelvic Health, #207-1497 Admirals Road. Maven Pelvic Health is a beautiful new clinic run by our favourite pelvic floor physiotherapist Olivia Turgeon. • Thursdays 11:15am-12:45pm - May 15 - August 28 (16 weeks) - Session fee $272

Fernwood Baby & Me

• Fridays 9:25am-10:55am - May 16 - August 29 (16 weeks) - Session fee $264

• Fridays 11:00am-12:30pm - May 16 - August 29 (16 weeks) - Session fee $264

View Royal Yoga & Meditation

• Mondays 6:15pm-7:30pm - May 12 - August 25 (16 weeks) - Session fee $272 *NO BABIES for this class, just a safe offering for all prenatal and postpartum bodies :)

Late signups welcome at a pro-rated amount if there is still space! Due to a small class size, reserving your spot early is encouraged.
